At Margaret River Made, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Due to the artisanal nature of our beauty products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used unless they are faulty.

  Email our boutique team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely package your unused items in their original botanical packaging to ensure they arrive back at our studio safely.

  Ship to Margaret River

  Affix your return label and drop the parcel at any Australia Post location; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
